Do I need to know what's wrong with my skin before I book?

No, this is what we are here for! If you are confused, overwhelmed or sick of conflicting information on the internet.. let us take the lead.

What if I don't know which consultation to choose?

If you aren't sure, please reach out to us! We'd love to help

Do I have to purchase products after a consultation?

Absolutely not. We will give you recommendations for products we truly believe will help you, but there is no pressure to buy whatsoever.

Should I bring my current skincare with me?

If you can that would be great! Even just a list of the products brand and name is helpful.

Can I have a facial without having a consultation first?

Yes! Our Bespoke Facials are available to all new clients, Advanced Facials do require a consultation first.

All Skin Needling clients must start with a consultation.

Are your facials pregnancy safe?

Yes! Most of our facials and products are pregnancy and breast feeding safe. The Sculptural Face Lifting™ & Buccal Technique and all LED are NOT pregnancy safe. If you aren't sure, please reach out to us, we'd love to help!
